Workshop for parents and educators Sat. July 19 on Mindfulness in Education with Duke Integrative Medicine

Andrea Underwood with the Durham Association of Educators alerted us to this free workshop in mindfulness in education this Saturday July 19, 2014 at Golden Belt in Durham 9am to 1pm.

The [CTRL + ALT + DEL] Series in Education is meant to literally and figuratively be a mind body wellness "reset" for educators, learning specialists, administrators, and parents.

Dr. Brantley will be available to sign copies of his newest book Calming Your Angry Mind
