for Your Gifted Child Workshop

What: This popular workshop
equips parents with practical ideas and suggestions about how to effectively
advocate for gifted children and advanced learners. Learn about local and state
policies and resources to support advanced students. Ask better questions
and find ways to address common parent-school communication challenges.
The session will help you build stronger collaborative partnerships with your
school and teachers to support your advanced learner and help your child meet
their potential.
Who should Attend?
Parents, Guardians,
Grandparents, Foster Parents, and others Grades K-12 in public schools,
including charter schools. Your child does not have to have been
identified as gifted to attend. Parents who are interested in gifted
identification would benefit as well.
