March 13-14 Cities United Regional Convening, Urgency of Now: Shattering Biases. Building Equity in Durham
It's not too late to attend the Cities United Regional Convening, Urgency of Now: Shattering Biases. Building Equity, scheduled for March 13-14 at Durham Convention Center.
The Youth Portion is Monday, 3/13 from 4:00-8:00PM, focused on career exploration for boys and young men of color, ages 11-15.
The Adult Portion is Tuesday, 3/14 from 8:00AM-7:00PM. Gain the necessary tools to incorporate a racial equity lens into local policy, build youth leadership, and measure the impact of local capacity building. The event is also hosted by Durham County My Brothers Keeper.
